been using this head unit for a couple of days and works as advertised but has a few problems.1. a little slow on response time2. the biggest problem is everytime the unit turns on it starts at volume 13 which is WAY to loud. i emailed tech support about this and they said their is no way to change the starting volume its the way this unit is programed. 13 is LOUD.will add more to this review after i take my 1100 mile road trip this week to report back if i have any other problems.EDIT: back from my long trip and everything worked great minus the volume issue. connected my phone through bluetooth and it worked good and watched a movie on the head unit and it worked fine. hit some big pot holes and the cd never skipped a beat.

The first turn off with the product is the default sound level setting. Regardless of where you have the volume, once you turn the car off then back on, it starts at its own volume. Depending on your audio setup, this can be quite LOUD and ANNOYING! There is only a mono sub output, which does impact subwoofer sound. There is NO graphic equalizer, and the settings are only for treble and bass. The Bluetooth feature is nice, yet it does not display your playlist like other headunits do. It does show your playlist if you hook up your MP3 device to the USB port. You HAVE to have the iPod kit in order to play sound via your iPhone or iPod. Hope this helps everyone. I wasn't overall disappointed as it does what it says, I just wished it was a little bit more user friendly. Oh, I do suggest buying a headunit that also comes with external volume control. Having to push the volume control button, then adjust your volume is a PAIN!!!
