I purchased this unit for my birthday in February 2012. I specifically bought it for the GPS and the Video. After months and trying to make the time to get the GPS to work, I became very frustrated and called the company. It took a week to finally reach someone. After goign through the process on the phone I started to email them. Finally they asked me to send the Micro SD card to them with my proof of purchase, model number and my personal information. I mmediately had this information gathered and send off via Prioroty mail. After three weeks of hearing nothing they said the problem was I sent them a 2 gig card and the software requires a 4 gig card. They said they were sending this one back and I needed to buy a 4 gig card and send it to them. I said no, that this is the card that came with the unit, therefore it was their responsibility to get the correct card. they emailed me back and said they do not keep this size in stock and it would take a while to receive. They sent my card back and I have heard nothing since. I asked for an update via email with no repsonse. Today I called and asked to speak with a manager. He came on the line without mentioning his name. I explained the situation, he said waht is your number and name. I gave it to him and he said I will get bck to you. And hung up on me while I was asking for his name.I am hesitant to ask for a refund as I paid a lot of money to get the unit installed and added upgrades, such as a back up camera and new front panel to retro fit the unit to my pick up. Amazon, I would stringly suggest questioning this vendor. I am a Prime member and this company is less than reputable!

What good is an in-dash GPS navigation system which, for all practical purposes, has maps that cannot be updated. I've tried everything I can think of including going to If you go to [...](Igo Primo uses their service BUT THE UPDATE SOFTWARE isn't recognized by the GPS unit. This would be a great 4+ star system if the manufacture would actually support it. As it goes now, the unit is near worthless as a Nav system.

This thing is awesome. The GPS works good, the USB port works good, the sound is great and the look is pretty cool too. The issues are the face plate comes in one size for a double din as far as I've found the the face on the Lanzar is oversized a bit espeically with the USB/SD card slot opening being on the side so you will have to get creative with your face plate and make changes to it to make it work. I have ran into an issue where the DVD player is asking me for a parental control password to watch anything that is rated R and I have no clue what the password is or where to get it. If anyone has this info please let me know. Thanks
