The product is OK. I was able to install easy. All the parts are in there. After install the screen display shows my car logo (Toyota) I was impressed with that. The key options in the units are satidfactory. The MP3 loading time is around a minute. DVD playing is OK too and loading is around the same time. *** There are issues in GPS maps. The loading of MAPS is around 2 - 3 minutes. The map software came with this unit is not current and I don't see my home address/city (City, STATE, ZIP combination) listed. I have another GPS that I already use has all the details but this unit doesn't. I guess if the seller updates my GPS software will be great help. The Bluetooth is pair with my phone fine but it drops connection every time when I stop/start the car meaning it is not auto pair with the phone even though I set it to auto pair. This functionality works fine with my other car (same phone) in another BT unit. It is kind of inconvenience and drawback to this unit. Backup camera connection works fine just that the time it takes to show the rearview is little longer. When I start backup by the time the camera shows I will be halfway in my reverse. The rear video funtionality works fine and no issues. Overall the unit is OK the only MAJOR COMPLAINTS are GPS map update and BT connectivity.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008NYXB4W/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_titleUpdate : The map I got is not latest and the seller not willing to update and tells me to purchace on my own which is not correct and I am not happy about it. When they send the unit they should have updated the map. The MP3 CD loading time (after playing some different MP3 CDs) is SLOW. If your CD has 50 songs it will take around 4 - 5 minutes to load. If you have 150 songs in the CD (not DVD) then it will take around 12 - 15 minutes to load which seems slow in my opinion. My other car player (MP3) use the same cd and starts playing less than a minute. I am not sure why this trouble. My star rating is the functionalities in this unit but regarding the MP3 and the MAP I received I would downgrade the star rating.

This item was a great purchase. Screen is big. Great sound. Clear picture. GPS is perfect. Easy to install. I used a video from youtube to install it. Saved a ton of money by doing it myself. Item was received in a week. They said it would take three weeks. Very happy

Operating system crashes and radio system is very poor. I should have brought a double din than this. The GPS system does not work accurately and it skips too often. I think that this system could be better if they put more quality into it.
