After having the radio professionally installed we started having problems with the door for the GPS. We called the manufacture and after staying on hold for over an hour we were told that they were getting a lot of complaints and that maybe their tech support might be able to help. They were not helpful. So far we have called over a dozen times and have not been able to get the issue resolved. The radio completely stopped working now and we had to reinstall our original radio. Issue has still not been resolved.

Reviews posted do not coincide with radio quality. Amazon INTENTIONALLY shipped a defective radio from their RETURNS center. After you spend money to get it installed, [I wasted $120 to find out what Amazon ALREADY KNEW] Amazon will MAKE you contact the manufacturer prior to allowing a return.. even when it's malfunction is obvious.Radio was missing GPS receiver. Navigation never worked. It was not able to locate itself.Instructions are at best a HORRIBLE translation from chinese??? So actually understanding what they are trying to tell you about functions and features is a continual guessing game. There was NO password included but needed for accessing the settings screens to adjust radio. Back up camara input shuts all music off. Even the instructions will tell you the volume/radio is poor quality as they warn you not to use the radio at high volume....This is by far the most disappointing purchase I have ever made from Amazon.

only because of the owners manual, it's freaking hilarious to read. Didn't realize this was a super foreign product. Just received this and will give an update after installation this weekend, (fingers crossed).Just be care dirty on disc...lol. We will all know soon.Just so you know, I haven't played with all features yet, so can't comment on sd card or universal input yet.What I do know is the navigation works well, seems to be updated and other than mispronunciation of streets, it will get you there. Bad point for me is, you cannot listen to another output while in nav. mode. So you can't have navi on and listen to the radio. You will be riding in silence. It will, however, continue to give you voice commands in another mode.With the display closed, it will not show the time, just the channel you are listening to. This irks me. Why have an equalizer bar showing volume when it could show date/time. The dancing dude has also got to go, too comical, really??All in all:touchscreen is responsivebluetooth works wellnavigation is alrightplays dvds oksound is awesomeNot near a five, but a decent four. Will check back, but for the money, gotta say go with it.Mark
