This unit tried to send me 500 miles out of the way for a 40 mile trip. It has reversed directions multiple times. You cannot depend on it to get you anywhere whether it is a long trip or a short hop close to home. The audio/video set ups are not only confusing, they work sporadically. I have 4 pages of screw ups from this unit that I've recorded, containing not only my own observations but those from friends who have driven the car and used it. It's not only expensive - it is at best worthless and at worst downright dangerous. I'm in the process of contacting the company, it is unbelievable to me that Myron Davis would put this on the market, go to some other manufacturer, there are plenty of choices.
