Overall I have to say this unit is pretty good for the money. I got mine for a deal of about $190. For this price you really can't beat what you get. Any unit with a built in GPS costs a great deal more. It does everything it says it's supposed to great, except for the items listed below. One thing I was pleasantly surprised about was how updated the maps on the GPS is. Many brand names GPS units do not have my address, but this did. I called the company inquiring about updated maps, and they said I would have to send in my SD card for them to update it...something I really don't want to do. Another surprise was that it did play music through my phone through blue tooth. I was unsure of it's ability to do that as other units did not, but this unit does it fine. I have not tried to play a video online using bluetooth, but I hope that would work just as well. Also the unit seemed to play SDHC cards fine, I was worried at first as it does not specifically say that anywhere. For the dissapointments, a have a few. First off, the bluetooth voice calling works well if I'm sitting still, but if I'm driving at all, and there is road noise, the person on the other end has a very hard time hearing me. Granted my car is quite loud, judging from the review before me it seems like it is a problem for many. I think that a separate, corded mic that I could run closer to my mouth would have been a better choice than the built in mic all the way down on the unit. Also I have primarily been listening to music through my HD card, but everytime I skip a track it takes a few seconds for the unit to actually skip to the next song, which is a little annoying. Also when I turn the unit on, for a split second it starts to play the song from the beginning, and then the unit remembers where in the song it was, and starts to play from that point. The final downside to the unit I have is how it looks. I think it looks like it's 15 years old, and for such a high tech unit I would assume it to be more flashy. Yes I knew what it look like before I bought it, and yes maybe it's to save money, but honestly I think it should look better, plus I wish it could change colors to match my other interior lights. Overall though, you are not going to find a better unit for the money. It plays and does anything and everything, and I could not find a better value for the money. Other than the few gripes I have above, I am extremely satisfied with this unit.

I purchased this earlier this year ant it was an easy install.Sound quality- OkRadio reception- way below average ( my stock radio was better )Easy to use- yes.Customer service- blame the customer for whatever breaks. (yes I am exaggerating a little but it is how I feel about them)Then the volume knob on the faceplate stopped working, sent it back and had to pay for shipping both ways while under warranty.Now the GPS stopped working and their 'customer support' says I need a new SD card with the gps data on it. Well it never had a sd card and the gps always worked (not good, but it worked ).Poor product & poor customer service, next time I'll buy a different brand.I understand that things sometimes break but how you handle it as a company is what makes the difference.

The products does everything its suppose to, it you can get past the 90's look of the unit you will be very pleased with the operation. I have had this unit for about a month now and it is working great.
