I bought this unit because I need a head united that can play videos to my rear head rest to keep the children entertained during long road trip. After reading the specs on this head unit see that it can take 32g thumb drive and SD car I figure I can put a load of movies for the kids on both the drives. I thought I had a winner, boy was I wrong the videos from the drives will not show up on the rear headrest it will only play with the DVD option. So to me the thumb drive and SD slots are useless. Who buy DVDs anymore? Then I called up the support tech for help, the where very rude and unhelpful. I give this product 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN.
