***UPDATED COMMENTS AT BOTTOM***I purchased this unit for my 2011 Toyota Highlander and it does fit in the factory stereo slot like a glove. The knobs are slightly different color from the factory knobs but other than that it looks pretty much OEM. I had the unit installed at Best Buy and everything works except there is no sound for the navigation voice output. I contacted the seller via Amazon & they responded stating it appears to be a problem with the map which is on a micro SD card. I was told I would receive the new map within a couple of days but have yet to receive (it has been 10 days). When I do get the updated map I hope that is the fix because if I have to return the unit I will have to pay Best Buy again ($130) to re-install my original factory stereo. The stereo and everything else works good although there are a few features I am not sure what they do because the users manual that came with the unit is terrible. It is apparent the manual was written in another language and whoever was contracted to translate did a very poor job. Also, the included manual is very high level so I was left to figure out how things worked by trial and error. Had the unit worked correctly out of the box and had a better users manual I could have easily rated this unit with 4 or 5 stars. If i get my updated map soon and it works I will increase my rating to 4 stars.***UPDATE***Well I finally received the updated maps hoping the volume issue was fixed but it was not. The seller offer to send me another one and after waiting another two weeks it still didn't work. The seller offered to refund my money but I would be out the $260 which covered the installation of the unit and subsequent re-installation of the OEM radio unit. After reading the similar issues on the sellers forum my situation is not an isolated situation. I do not believe the seller has a sense of urgency nor do they make much of an effort to resolve customer issues. As for the unit, radio reception is poor, maps are outdated, & the touch screen is very slow. I would NOT recommend this product nor would I ever purchase anything from this seller again!
